 Why diets don’t work
Statistics prove that diets never work in the long term – 95% of people who lose weight in conventional diet plans can't keep it off. Most people think they can lose weight by severely restricting the amount of food (calories) they eat. But the human body is too smart for that. You may lose some weight at first, but then the human body's starvation defense mechanism kicks in. When this happens, you are in big trouble. Your metabolism slows down and your body requires less food to function at the same level. You also get hungrier and ultimately you will start eating more.

You go back to your old eating pattern, but your body requires less food because you slowed down your metabolism while dieting. You then gain back all the weight and more. Dieting makes you fatter!
The only way to avoid this is to have a strategy for eating well for the rest of your life. You need to make eating well into a habit. Follow the Panzer Plan for three months and that habit forms.
