Cole
(Former "Classic Overeater")
Cole has been physically active his entire life.
After years of triathlons, weight training and
cardio, he still did not have the lean body he
wanted. Cole tried conventional diets (he was
on Atkins for years!). Nothing worked. Cole consistently
ate too much of the wrong foods, and failed to
train his body to burn fat. He ate high protein
and high fat foods, expecting that with all of
his training the fat would come off. It didn't.
Then Cole tried the Panzer Plan. Cole began integrating
healthy carbs into his routine, ate the correct
proportions of protein and fat and trained properly
to burn fat. Within eight months, Cole lost 25lbs.
of fat and gained 14lbs of muscle. His metabolism
is now on fire. His body fat went from 16% to
under 4%! For the first time in his life, Cole
has ripped abs. He is now in maintenance mode
and while still eating and training in accordance
with the Panzer Plan, he is able to frequently
eat some if his favorite "cheat" foods
– pizza and ice cream – without worrying
about putting the weight back on. |

Jeff
(Former "Classic Overeater")
Jeff was a classic overeater who had struggled
for years with his weight. He couldn't get enough
of the sweet and fatty foods that are staples
of the typical American diet. A busy Wall Street
career and two young children made it difficult
for him to focus on losing weight. After getting
on the Panzer Plan, Jeff dropped 75lbs. After
losing all the weight, Jeff is training to run
his first marathon. |

Lewis
(Former "Caveman")
Lewis was the classic caveman. He barely ate anything
all day, drank two pots of coffee and then feasted
on take-out Chinese food or chicken parmesan for
dinner. Lewis put on a few extra pounds every
year until age 60 when his doctor told him it
was time to lose some weight. With very little
knowledge about nutrition and exercise, Lewis
did not know where to begin. All of the ads for
diets and diet pills left him completely confused.
Luckily for him, Lewis got on the Panzer Plan
and went from 250lbs. to 215lbs. and has kept
the weight off for over a year.
Says Lewis, "The Panzer Plan made it very
clear that I needed to make smarter choices for
eating. Once I understood the right foods to choose
and the right times to eat, losing weight and
keeping it off for good was completely effortless."

Dana
(Former "Starvation Victim")
After having her third child in four years, Dana
decided it was time to get motivated and lose
the baby weight. Much to her surprise, after starting
the Panzer Plan, Dana finally understood why dieting
and exercise in the past would never allow her
to lose the last 10lbs. from her second pregnancy.
She wasn't eating enough! Dieting had her metabolism
at a standstill. Once Dana realized that she could
eat plenty of good foods and still lose weight,
everything changed. She is now full of energy
and enjoys shopping for clothes in a size she's
wanted to fit into for years. |
